Hi there,
I'm following through the Installfest, and have encountered an error when deploying the test app on Heroku.
When I run heroku run rails db:migrate I get the following return in the terminal.

I've tried completely deleting the app and starting fresh, but the same error recurred. I have specified pg in my Gemfile using the recommended format, so I'm not sure what is wrong with the set up.
