Need help with 2.2 on

So far everything was easy straight forward. 2.2 asks

Launch your text editor and open the "Gemfile" file located inside of your test_app folder. (On Windows, this should be in C:\Sites\railsbridge\test_app and on Linux/OS X, it should be under ~/railsbridge/test_app.)

... is ATOM not the text editor we were told to get... how do we open the file gemfile inside WHAT test_app folder...

i am so confused now... the other steps of 2.2 gem install bundler and it said complete .. but can someone help with the start of 2.2 and launching the text editor, finding this gemfile in this folder... thanks
