Have an issue with getting through the RailsBridge Installfest? We want to help!

Hi, Im only on step 2

bundle install --without production isn't working for me

[!] There was an error parsing Gemfile: syntax error, unexpected tIDENTIFIER, expecting keyword_end - gem 'puma', '~> 3.0'

Hi I'm on step 4 where you install the Heroku CLI.

Its saying failed to fetch http://cli-assets.heroku.com/branches/stable/apt ./heroku_5.6.29-1amd64.deb

it says 403 Forbidden [IP 54.230.37.151 80]

It also says unable to fetch some archives, maybe run apt-get update or try with --fix missing?

I'm not sure what to do here, any help would be appreciated thank you.
