Step 8 Sanity Check

Noob here. So bear with me. For the most part things were installed correctly with the exception of rails. When I typed in Rails -v, I did not get the approximate expected result of rails 5.0.x. I just got "the system cannon find the path specified". Any thoughts? Thanks,

Run: gem list. If you don't see rails in that list, then run gem install rails and see what happens!
